It’s a pedal-powered portable celebration on wheels, with a certified Trolley Pub conductor in the captain’s seat. Perfect for pub crawls, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company outings, brewery tours, sightseeing, themed nights out- the possibilities are endless! A minimum of 6 pedalers is recommended to pedal the Trolley Pub.

At Trolley Pub, we are well aware that unexpected changes can occur and we are prepared to accommodate them. Our tours tend to fill up within two weeks of their scheduled date, but our flexible cancellation policy should put your mind at ease when booking in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, our policy is as follows: If you cancel more than two weeks in advance: You will receive a full refund to the credit card on file. If you cancel within two weeks of your scheduled tour: You are eligible to receive either a 50% refund or a company credit for the full value of the tour, which you can use at a later date. If you cancel or reschedule within three days of your tour: we won’t be able to provide a refund, however, you will receive a company credit equal to the full value of your booking for future use. Please be aware that a convenience fee will be charged to cover our driver’s expenses ($40 for private rentals or $3 for individual mixer seats). At Trolley Pub, your safety is our utmost priority, and our operational decisions are made keeping this in mind. Here’s an overview of our weather policy: Our Trolley Pub tours operate come rain or shine. Ohio’s weather can be unpredictable, so we recommend dressing appropriately for the forecast. On days when rain is expected, we’ll have our rain flaps pre-installed to ensure you stay dry during your tour. In the unusual case of severe weather conditions or events beyond our control (like high wind advisories, extreme temperatures, natural disasters, or major public events), we might need to reschedule a tour. In such circumstances, Trolley Pub will make the decision as soon as possible and offer a company credit equal to the value of your booking for future use.

Visit the Routes page for details. Just let your driver know where you would like to stop at the start of the tour. Most groups make 2 stops and stay 20 – 30 minutes at each stop. These stops will vary based on the bar’s availability, rider requests, and the driver’s discretion.

For Columbus, we pick up & drop off at 152 N Young St Columbus OH 43219. Any custom pick up/drop off requests must be approved by us and are subject to an additional fee. If arriving early or staying after, DO NOT bring any unopened or open drinks into the neighboring businesses.

Each guest over the age of 21 is allowed to bring 36oz of beer (including ciders, seltzers, or malt beverages) or 18oz of wine or champagne. Glass containers and liquor are not permitted on our tours.This includes mini bottles,jello shots, growlers, mixed drinks, etc. We provide the cooler, ice, and cups, but you are welcome to bring your own cooler and supplies if you’d like. If there are any guests under the age of 21 present with alcohol on board, the underage persons must be accompanied by a parent, legal aged spouse, or guardian. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to drink throughout the tour. This goes for in the bars and on the trolley even with their guardian’s consent. You are only allowed to drink on the trolley which means no drinking on the street or sidewalk. Excessive over intoxication will result in an early removal from the tour. This also means do not show up to your Trolley Pub tour already intoxicated as you will not be allowed on.

Our mixer and private tours welcome persons of all ages. If there is anyone under 21 on the tour with alcohol present, they must wear an under 21 wristband and be accompanied by a guardian and are not permitted to drink at any point during the tour, no exceptions. This goes for on the trolley and inside the restaurants and bars. For riders under 18, they must have a legal guardian or adult chaperone to accompany them even if no alcohol is onboard.

Everyone who plans to ride with us must complete a waiver. Please bring a phone or print out to show your waiver confirmation to your guide. We recommend filling it out before arriving to save time, but it only takes a minute to complete.

We launch off from 442 W Broad St Columbus, OH 43215 (outside of Taft’s)We are able to visit new neighborhoods that we previously weren’t able to in a Trolley Pub. Some of these neighborhoods include Franklinton, German Village, and The Brewery District. We are still able to visit the popular Short North & Downtown districts as well. Please visit here to see the map of the route! Please note while this is an easy to pedal vehicle, it is pedal only with no assist feature other than the captain helping pedal.

While the bikes do require pedaling to move, they aren’t hard to pedal if everyone is working together. An electric assisted trolley can be provided upon request.

The weight limit for any individual rider is 275 pounds.

We sell various branded merch like T shirts,Tank tops, etc. You can either add the items to your booking reservation or purchase them on site before, during, or after your cruise. Our shirts range in price from $20 – $25 and our koozies are $2 – $3. We are able to take cash or credit payments on site.

The sound system is Bluetooth so bring your favorite playlists.

We recommend showing up 15-20 minutes before your tour’s launch time to ensure we launch at our expected time. Any delay due to arriving late will cut into your 2 hour tour timeframe.

If you enjoyed your Trolley Pub experience, we highly recommend leaving your guide a tip. Most tips range between 15% – 20% of the booking price.

Yoga & Coffee Crawl: Our personal favorite of the specialty tours we are offering is a tour focused on two activities that you may not think of when thinking about party bikes – Yoga & Coffee. This tour will focus on aligning your chakras while getting that extra boost of energy to your morning. Made for participants of any skill, this tour will feature an outdoor yoga class taught by a professional instructor along with a stop at our favorite coffee/cocktail bar, Bada Bean Bada Booze where our riders can indulge or energize themselves.
