This is the one we designed around bachelorettes specifically, from the timing to the stops to the way the night ends.
The route is set and the tables are reserved before you arrive. You pedal through South End with your playlist going and the light show on, and your first stop is VINYL, where a table is held for your group near the bar and complimentary bites come with your stop. Then it's on to Groovers for the finale, where a reserved lounge table and a complimentary bottle of champagne are waiting so the bride walks in instead of waiting in line.
The tour ends at Groovers, so you're already where the night is going. Stay on the dance floor as long as you want.
Our most popular option, private groups of 14-28 can book two Trolley Pubs for a two-hour tour. Go on a pubcrawl and stop by a few of your favorite watering holes along the way or just cruise and enjoy the pedaling glory. *one free 12 oz. beer or seltzer per rider aged 21 or older.
Some crews would rather call their own shots, and that’s what this one is for.
You choose the stops. Your host knows every bar in South End and builds the route around what your group is into, and you can change your mind while you’re underway. Most groups do two stops of about fifteen to twenty minutes each. It runs during the day or the evening, seats riders eighteen and up, and gives you thirty more minutes on the bike.
The bride package comes with it: sash, veil, tiara and novelty straw for the bride, Bride Tribe sashes for the crew, a VIP champagne send off before you roll out, and a bachelorette coozie for every rider.

Private tours are perfect for birthdays, company outings, and other small group celebrations. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at Trolley Pub’s bottle shop.
Want to try the Trolley Pub, but don’t have enough people for a private tour? Never fear! Mixer tours last 2 hours and are a great way to see Charlotte, meet new friends, and have fun! Simply purchase the number of seats you need, and we’ll work on filling the rest. Note: Although rare, if your mixer tour doesn’t have at least 6 passengers total, we will have to cancel or reschedule. In those cases, refunds or credits will be given.

For an adventure tailored to your tastes, our drivers—your personal party hosts—are experts at reading the vibe of your group. They’ll chat with you at the beginning of your tour to suggest stops that align with your interests. Our trolleys can safely take you almost anywhere you wish to explore within our route areas.While most groups opt for 2 stops, staying about 15-20 minutes at each, where we go is really up to you, guided by your preferences and our hosts’ local expertise. Isn’t it hard to pedal?
It’s not too bad! We have had groups of all 70+ seniors pedal just fine. If they can do it, you can do it!!! And we have a motor assist onboard.
What if it rains?
Trolley Pub operates rain or shine! If its going to rain, we recommend bringing rain jackets and/or ponchos. It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure. We only cancel tours if there are unsafe conditions.

What if we want to stay out longer?
If the schedule, driver availability, and weather are permitting, you can discuss further extending your trip while underway. We can charge the card on file used to make the original reservation.
Can I eat on the pub crawl?
Sure! We recommend keeping it simple. Easy snack food, some pub-subs etc. We wouldn’t encourage anything elaborate. We are a fun, exciting Party Bike pub crawl, not a fine dining establishment.At some of the bar stops you can always grab a quick snack – just make sure to be back at the bike at the time your party host set!
Can we drink on board?
Yes! As long you’re 21 or older you can drink onboard. Please remember to drink responsibly and that alcohol needs to be purchased from our own beer and bottle shop which has a selection of beers, wine, ciders and seltzers at affordable prices. We provide the ice chests as well as the ice!
How many people can fit on the Trolley Pub?
It varies by location, but Charlotte trolleys can fit up to 14 riders.Have more than 14? Our fleet of Trolleys is for your big birthday party, team building event, or wedding!
How do I reschedule/cancel my tour?
All sales are final unless you’ve purchased Trip Assurance. With Trip Assurance, cancel for any reason up to 7 days before your tour to receive a full refund, no questions asked. Even without Trip Assurance, we have you covered in the event of severe weather as declared by the National Weather Service. If unexpected severe weather interrupts our plans at any time, you’ll receive a full refund or a credit valid at any of our locations nationwide.
Is there a minimum age to ride the Trolley Pub?
Yes. The minimum age on a private tour is 15. The minimum age on a public mixer tour is 21.
Is there a weight limit to ride the Trolley Pub?
The weight limit for any individual rider is 275 pounds.
Can I play my own music? Are there speakers?
The sound system is Bluetooth so bring your favorite playlists.
Who drives the Trolley Pub?
We always have a certified Trolley Pub Driver/Party Host on board to show you a fun & safe time.
Can I smoke on board?
Smoking cigarettes is against our policy, but anything electronic is allowed on private tours. If it requires a lighter, it’s a no-go.
