Trolley Pub is highly experienced in helping hosts plan and entertain large groups, particularly bachelorette party guests. Create a tour that will generate some perfect Instagram moments — no question about it!
It’s a pedal-powered portable bar on wheels, with a certified Trolley Pub conductor in the captain’s seat. Perfect for pub crawls, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company outings, brewery tours, sightseeing, themed nights out- the possibilities are endless! A minimum of 6 pedalers is necessary to power the Trolley Pub.
For an adventure tailored to your tastes, our drivers—your personal party hosts—are experts at reading the vibe of your group. They’ll chat with you at the beginning of your tour to suggest stops that align with your interests. Our trolleys can safely take you almost anywhere you wish to explore within our route areas.
While most groups opt for 2 stops, staying about 15-20 minutes at each, where we go is really up to you, guided by your preferences and our hosts’ local expertise. No need to lock in your choices before the tour; flexibility is part of the fun!

It’s not too bad! We have had groups of all 70+ seniors pedal just fine. If they can do it, you can do it!!! And we have a motor assist onboard.
Trolley Pub operates rain or shine! If its going to rain, we recommend bringing rain jackets and/or ponchos. It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure. We only cancel tours if there are unsafe conditions.

If the schedule, driver availability, and weather are permitting, you can discuss further extending your trip while underway. We can charge the card on file used to make the original reservation.
Sure! We recommend keeping it simple. Easy snack food, some pub-subs etc. We wouldn’t encourage anything elaborate. We are a fun, exciting Party Bike pub crawl, not a fine dining establishment.
At some of the bar stops you can always grab a quick snack – just make sure to be back at the bike at the time your party host set!
Yes! As long you’re 21 or older you can drink onboard. Please remember to drink responsibly. Our partner bar Jeremiah Johnson can sell craft 6 packs at affordable special pricing for trolley guests. We provide the ice chests as well as the ice!
It varies by location, but Coeur d’Alene trolleys can fit up to 14 riders.
Say Need to fit more? Our Paddle Pub is your go to for larger groups or parties with 14 or more.
Trolley Pub CDA offers optional Trip Insurance at checkout. With Trip Insurance, you can cancel for any reason up to 7 days before your tour for a full refund.
Without Trip Insurance, there are no refunds for any reason.
If your tour is cancelled due to a Severe Weather Warning issued by the National Weather Service, you’ll receive a credit to reschedule for a future date.
You may also be able to reschedule if you call us at least 7 days before your scheduled tour — rescheduling outside of these circumstances is granted at our discretion and isn’t guaranteed.
Yes. The minimum age on a private tour is 15. The minimum age on a public mixer tour is 21.
The weight limit for any individual rider is 275 pounds.
The sound system is Bluetooth so bring your favorite playlists.
We always have a certified Trolley Pub Driver/Party Host on board to show you a fun & safe time.
Smoking cigarettes is against our policy, but anything electronic is allowed on private tours. If it requires a lighter, it’s a no-go.
