Raleigh History Tour
On this fun and informative two hour tour, you will learn all about the history of Raleigh, and you will see many of the city’s most interesting landmarks. The tours are live narrated by local history expert Tricia Sabol of Raleigh Walking Tours.
The sights we will pedal past include the State Capitol, the Governor’s Mansion, and the Briggs Hardware Building, just to name a few. You will also get the opportunity to see Raleigh’s iconic globe at the Museum of Natural Sciences, the statue of our city’s namesake, Sir Walter Raleigh, and an exact reproduction of the Liberty Bell! We will take a 15-minute break at the historic Raleigh Times Bar about midway through the tour.
For the tour, you are free to BYOB with beer, wine, seltzers or others. A cooler is provided.
