The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We may, however, use email addresses collected to solicit feedback about your experience.
The full deposit is refundable up to 7 days before the tour (before the time of your tour). Cancellations at least 5 days before a tour may receive full credit for another tour. Cancellations or reschedules less than 5 days prior to a tour will not receive a refund or credit. (Due to our cancellation policy, rescheduling a tour will void the possibility of a refund).
Trolley Pub operates rain or shine! It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure.We only cancel tours on our end if there are unsafe conditions (defined as a severe weather warning by National Weather Service).
Refunds will be made to the card used for the deposit. If the card information is no longer valid, a refund check will be mailed within seven days.
To reschedule or cancel a tour, please respond to your confirmation email asking to do so. Reschedules should include the new date and time.
