What is the Trolley Pub?

It’s a 14-person pedal-powered portable bar on wheels, with a certified Trolley Pub conductor in the captain’s seat. Perfect for pub crawls, birthday celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, company outings, brewery tours, sightseeing, themed nights out- the possibilities are endless! A minimum of 7 pedalers is necessary to power the Trolley Pub.

What all is included in the price?

The price include the rental for the Trolley Pub for the two hours, a driver, a cooler, and ice. Customers will have the opportunity to purchase beer, wine, and seltzers before the tour from our beer shop when checking in.

Where does the Trolley Pub stop and for how long?

Trolley Pub Clermont has a fixed route consisting of three 15-20 minute stops at bars. Please visit the routes page for more details. Some people prefer to stay on board the whole tour and drink, even during the stops, and that is just fine!

How much does a pedal pub cost?

A private tour has a flat rate of $399. Mixer tickets, where you can buy individual seats, are $35/person. Make sure you book your tour well in advance, as we are often sold out on popular time-slots up to a month in advance!

Where do we board the Trolley Pub?

All tours begin and end at the Trolley Pub Clermont HQ, located at 644 West Ave Clermont, FL 34711. We also have a beer shop on location so you can buy everything you need for your tour. Free parking is available nearby.

Can we drink on board?

You may, but you have to follow the rules. While you cannot bring your own alcohol, you can buy beer, wine, and seltzers right from our beer shop when you show up for the tour.  Alcoholic beverages must remain on board at all times. We provide coolers at no charge and ice for purchase for your tour. You are also free to bring snacks on board. Use common sense, you cannot drink on the street.  Do not get overly intoxicated or you will be kicked off.  Do not show up to a Trolley Pub tour intoxicated or you will not be let on board.

Isn’t it hard to pedal?

It’s not too bad!  Plus, we have an auxiliary motor to help along with the difficult spots.  We have had groups of all 70+ seniors pedal just fine.  If they can do it, you can do it!!!

What if it rains?

Trolley Pub operates rain or shine! If it’s going to rain, we recommend bringing rain jackets and/or ponchos. It’s still a lot of fun- think of it as an adventure. We only cancel tours if there are unsafe conditions.

How many coolers fit onboard?

We provide approximately 3 full-sized coolers on board. We also sell ice on location.

Can more than 14 people fit on the Trolley Pub?

No.  The fourteen seats include the non-pedaling seat in the backbench.

Are people under the age of 21 allowed on board?

Yes, but they will receive an “X”  on each hand and cannot drink while on board.  Riders under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present.  The minimum age to ride the Trolley Pub is 15 with valid identification.

Is there a weight limit for riders?

Yes.  Unfortunately due to the nature of the vehicles, customers over 275 pounds will not be able to comfortably ride the Trolley Pub.

How do I reschedule/cancel my tour?

It’s easy! Simply respond to your confirmation email with the date change/cancellation request. Please ensure that you are within the reschedule/cancellation timeframe outlined in your confirmation email and the terms/conditions agreed to prior to booking.
