This is the one we designed around bachelorettes specifically, from the timing to the stops to the way the night ends.
The route is set and the tables are reserved before you arrive. You pedal through South End with your playlist going and the light show on, and your first stop is VINYL, where a table is held for your group near the bar and complimentary bites come with your stop. Then it’s on to Groovers for the finale, where a reserved lounge table and a complimentary bottle of champagne are waiting so the bride walks in instead of waiting in line.
The tour ends at Groovers, so you’re already where the night is going. Stay on the dance floor as long as you want.

VINYL pairs a seriously good cocktail program with elevated bar food and resident DJs spinning nightly, and it has been named one of the best bars in South End more than once. Normally it is walk in only, which makes the table held for your group a real perk rather than a formality.
Groovers
Charlotte’s retro-inspired disco bar and the finale of your night. Groovers starts with laid-back lounge energy and builds into late-night dancing beneath a ceiling full of disco balls. Your reserved lounge table and champagne are waiting when you roll up, so the bride walks straight into the party.

Some crews would rather call their own shots, and that’s what this one is for.
You choose the stops. Your host knows every bar in South End and builds the route around what your group is into, and you can change your mind while you’re underway. Most groups do two stops of about fifteen to twenty minutes each. It runs during the day or the evening, seats riders eighteen and up, and gives you thirty more minutes on the bike.
The bride package comes with it: sash, veil, tiara and novelty straw for the bride, Bride Tribe sashes for the crew, a VIP champagne send off before you roll out, and a bachelorette coozie for every rider.
The Classic starts and ends at Trolley Pub HQ.

Both tours start at Trolley Pub HQ, 2500 Dunavant St. Street parking is limited, so rideshare is strongly encouraged.

Book the VIP Night Out if you want the night handled: a set route, a reserved table and complimentary bites at VINYL, and a reserved table with champagne waiting at Groovers, where the tour ends. It runs ninety minutes in the evening and every rider must be twenty three or older. Book the Classic if you want to choose your own bars, ride during the day, include a rider under twenty three, or have the extra half hour. It runs two hours and starts and ends at Trolley Pub HQ. Both are private, both cap at fourteen riders, and both come with the full bride kit.
Up to fourteen riders per trolley on either tour. Have a bigger group? We run multiple trolleys, so call us and we’ll coordinate it.
We run a limited number of VIP departures each week because the stops are coordinated with our partner venues in advance. Weekend dates go first, especially in spring and fall, so book as early as you can.
No, we are not BYOB. All alcohol is purchased from our onsite beer and bottle shop, which carries beer, wine, ciders and seltzers at affordable prices. We provide the ice chests and the ice. No glass containers on board, and simple snacks are welcome.
It’s a group pedal and most everyone jumps in, but we have electric assist for the hills and non pedaling seats for anyone who needs them, so the whole crew rides together.
We operate rain or shine. If rain is in the forecast, bring a jacket or a poncho and treat it as part of the story. We only cancel for genuinely unsafe conditions.
Both tours begin at Trolley Pub HQ, 2500 Dunavant St, Charlotte, NC 28203. The Classic returns to HQ. The VIP Night Out ends at Groovers, so plan your ride home from there.
Yes. The sound system is Bluetooth, so bring the playlist you’ve been building since the engagement.
Trip Assurance lets you cancel for any reason up to seven days before your tour for a full refund. Without it, sales are final, though we cover reschedules for severe weather declared by the National Weather Service. Call us at least a week ahead if something comes up and we’ll do what we can.
Not at all. Alcohol is completely optional and either tour works just as well dry. Non drinkers are always welcome.
